This exceptional condominium complex was completed in 2001 by award-winning architect and builder Martin Ginsburg. His attention to design, site planning and detail are evident throughout. Each home was carefully sited to preserve existing mature trees and other points of natural beauty on a hilltop setting overlooking scenic Redding Valley.

Sophisticated architecture and features such as porches, carriage garage doors, Belgian block-edged sidewalks and Victorian street lamps enhance the New England character of Redding Woods.

2-3+ bedroom units range from about 1,900 to 3,000 square feet, many including finished basements.
